Filming has begun on the "scenic psychological thriller" PARADISE COVE, which stars Mena Suvari (pictured above on American Horror Story) and Todd Grinnell as

a contractor and his wife who head to Malibu to flip his late mother's beach house and are terrorized by the deranged homeless woman living underneath.

PARADISE COVE is being directed by award-winning filmmaker / Grammy-nominated music producer Martin Guigui from a script written by executive producer Sherry Klein.

There's not a whole lot to go on with this one just yet, but sure, Mena Suvari finding a deranged woman living beneath a house sounds like a fine set-up for a thriller to me.
