Just the other day AITH’s newest face Mike gave you all word on a review of the LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE trailer. Well we’ll soon be able to judge for ourselves!
If you’ve been keeping track of LOST BOYS 2 at all, I’m sure your aware that Corey Feldman is pushing this thing harder than a pimp would push his product (not like I know anything about that business…). He’s been doing so through his blog, and his latest update states that the LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE trailer will be debuting this morning on MTV.com! Feldman states the trailer is hitting the site 8 AM EST, so by the time you read this, the trailer might very well be up. Check over here to see if it’s up yet. Feldman also states how he’s got an intro for the trailer as well as an interview with MTV about the film. Considering Feldman is LOST BOYS 2’s biggest fan I’m sure he’ll be full of positive praise. Don’t get me wrong, I’m stoked for this flick, and having Feldman so into it is a plus in my book.
He also states there will be 2 more versions of the trailer. One will be a condensed version of the MTV premiere that will make the rounds on MTV’s news segments and the other will be the previously announced trailer on the I AM LEGEND DVD.
Groovy. I’ll definately be checking this thing out as soon as I get home from work tomorrow. Feldman is also still hoping for a theatrical release, stating that lies solely on the success of the trailer, so let’s put a lot of hits on this one if it looks worthy of the big screen!
LOST BOYS: THE TRIBE is slated for a July release and stars Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, and the amazing Autumn Reeser (below). It’s written by Hans Rodionoff with P.J. Pesce directing.
