LB2 theatrical trailer

Despite the promise of the theatrical trailer for THE LOST BOYS 2: THE TRIBE, you won’t find it here. However, star Corey Feldman recently updated his blog and dropped a few hints on whether the film will go theatrical (still undecided) and when we can expect to see the first cut trailer for it.

I am told that the film looks great and there is even more hype about it getting the theatrical release (still no definite decision) and I have seen the trailer and it looks and feels very similar to the vibe of the original. Apparently the trailer will be attached to the Will Smith movie I am Legend when it is released on DVD. I do not know if that plan will change if a theatrical is secured.

If you needed another reason to pick up I AM LEGEND on DVD, you just got one! Hell, that’s reason enough to simply rent it for the night – though, truth be told, I’m sure it’ll make it’s way online within a few days of the DVD release.

While I dig most (if not all) movies in the theater over straight to DVD, I have this feeling THE TRIBE will do much better – and will be better received – straight to DVD rather than given a theatrical run. I guess we’ll just have to wait to check out the trailer first to really tell!

To check out Feldman’s fully updated blog, in which he drops a few lines about this season’s THE TWO COREYS featuring behind the scenes footage of the filming of THE TRIBE, click HERE, and get ready to snag I AM LEGEND for that trailer on DVD March 18th.
