Ray Liotta + Uwe Boll + Another Video Game Adaptation = Me Wondering WTF?
That’s right my friends, Ray Liotta has signed on to play the villian Gallian in Uwe Boll’s DUNGEON SIEGE. I don’t know if Boll is using hypnosis, or reprogramming, or if he’s just the coolest guy in the world, but somehow he keeps attracting high-profile talent to his projects when he hasn’t had a very successful film yet.
Perhaps he’ll bust the slump with BLOODRAYNE, but early looks don’t offer a lot of promise. I must say I do respect his ability to keep doing his thing and get money and good people in support of it, but it’s time to knock one out of the park Uwe.
Said Boll about the addition: “Ray is one of my favorite actors, and I’m really proud that he liked the script so much…” I would be too.
Also joining Liotta are Leelee Sobieski, Will Sanderson, Jason Statham, Brian J. White, and Eva Padberg (a German Supermodel making her film debut – hmmm, me thinks a picture would be appropriate).
