Rob Zombie was out in his old stomping grounds in Salem, MA doing some location scouting for his forthcoming feature, THE LORDS OF SALEM. He shared some of the photos, which you can check out below, on his blog. Here is what the writer/director had to say:

The film takes place in contemporary Salem where a DJ unleashes a horde of demonic witches by playing s a cursed record. Jason Blum, Oren Peli and Steven Schneider are producing for Haunted Movies. Filming is scheduled to begin this spring.
What do yout think of the photos? As a local Masshole, I’ve always thought modern Salem would make a cool backdrop to a film. Kudos to Zombie for making it happen.
