Did you look behind you? Be honest. It’s okay if you did. Who knows, maybe you caught some madman serial killer trying to kill you and now owe me many thanks that I saved your life? Unless the killer actually killed you… that would suck.
But here’s something to cheer you up! I came across this Korean horror flick today and figured I’d share it with all of you. The movie is called SOMEONE BEHIND YOU and is directed by Ki-hwan Oh.
The synopsis reads: Ga-in, a smart, pretty girl who is loved by everyone, witnesses the deaths of people around her. She is then singled out as the next in line to die from the curse that has one person in each generation die at the hands of two people close to them. Ga-in searched for the truth about the curse with Suk-min, a boy who always lingers around her, and her boyfriend Heon-joong, but attacks on her life by those dearest to her, like her best friend and her mother, never cease…
A pretty twisted and confusing synopsis, no? If that hasn’t got you, check out the trailer below.
Now you don’t know what to think right? This one looks like it can be a whole lot of fun. It’s got lots of gore with a slasher feel, maybe even some of that supernatural stuff Korean horror flicks love. I don’t know about you, but I really love the title, it’s brilliant. SOMEONE BEHIND YOU stars Yoon Jin-seo, Park Ki-woong, Lee Ki-woo, and Kim So-eun. It hit South Korea last August.
No telling if SOMEONE BEHIND YOU will make it to the US (or be remade here in the US for that matter.) So until some sort of US news hits us, enjoy the trailer below.
