Do you guys know who Joe Lynch is? No? Well he’s the guy that directed the surprisingly acceptable WRONG TURN 2. And… that’s about it. We haven’t heard from him since… but that changes today!
During this year’s FrightFest none other than John Landis told the world what Lynch’s next project will be: THE KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM. I’m sold. You’re sold. I think the entire genre community is sold on that one. Any movie with the term ‘Badassdom’ in it is A OK in my book. Then you tie in that it’s being done by Lynch (above) and endorsed by Landis and we just might have something here!
Now what exactly is THE KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM? All we’re told is that it’s ‘a heavy metal horror adventure’ and that ‘the tone is very much AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON.’ All sounds good to me! Casting has just finished on the film and shooting is set to start next month. Here’s hoping we hear a lot more on THE KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM soon and as always, keep it here for updates!
