Madsen is spooked

JoBloJoBlo

It took the wine of SIDEWAYS for Virginia Madsen to finally wash away the vile aftertaste of HIGHLANDER II… before having to start again post-FIREWALL.

Madsen will bring her horror flick experience and healthy cleavage to A HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT, the feature debut of director Peter Cornwell. The movie, based on a true story, involves a mom who relocates near where her son is being treated for cancer, only to discover the rental home is a former mortuary still occupied by spirits. Typical New England real estate, then.

Madsen has previously contended with the supernatural in CANDYMAN, THE PROPHECY, ZOMBIE HIGH and, ironically, THE HAUNTING. Her older brother Michael, meanwhile, still accepts pretty much every single paying role offered.
