THOR: RAGNAROK began filming on July 4th, and if the following Instagram post is correct, it looks like Mark Ruffalo's time on-set may be over. This comes as a bit of a surprise seeing as how this film is being touted as kind of a "buddy superhero flick" featuring Thor and Hulk. Perhaps this doesn't account for the entirety of Ruffalo's mo-cap time? Check out the post below from Tessa Thompson (who's playing Valkyrie)!

Sensei Ruffles last day on #Thor3. Don't go. I was just learning how to make creepy face mask + a motion capture suit look cool. @markruffalo

So what are we thinking? Will the rest of Ruffalo's time be in post, seeing as how he should be playing Hulk most of the time, or does his character not feature as much as we're being led to believe? I'm leaning towards the former, but I have no doubts we'll get plenty Hulk goodness when the flick hits next year.

THOR: RAGNAROK will open in theaters on November 3, 2017.
