The boys over at Fangoria have just gotten the lineup of episodes for the TV event of (Halloween) season in MASTERS OF HORROR, which starts October 28th on Showtime.

The whole thing kicks off with Don Coscarelli (PHANTASM) and his INCIDENT ON AND OFF A MOUNTAIN ROAD, airing Friday nights at 10PM. After that follows DREAMS IN THE WITCH HOUSE, directed by Stuart Gordon (RE-ANIMATOR), Dario (SUSPIRIA) Argento’s JENIFER, John (AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON) Landis’ DEER WOMAN and the series creator/executive producer/director Mick (THE STAND) Garris’ CHOCOLATE.

Speaking of Garris, he’ll be heading over to the Land of the Rising Sun shortly (that would be Japan, by the way) to supervise production on the final installment of the series, directed by Takashi Miike (ICHI THE KILLER). Unfortunately, there’s still no word on what George Romero’s input in the series will be after he bowed out, but hopefully that will be revealed in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for news on the rest of the episode schedule.
