Even though I just dropped a T4 update for you all yesterday, I couldn’t help but spread this other news.
It seems like the cool thing to do with movie productions nowadays is to have the director keep a blog, and update said blog with cool little things throughout production to keep fans into it. This may involve releasing stills, plot details, casting, etc. Hell, truth be told it’s actually pretty cool… to get word straight from the director on how flicks are doing.
Well TERMINATOR SALVATION: THE FUTURE BEGINS have joined the new sensation, and McG has already thrown up his first post! You can go ahead and check that out by heading here.
Or you can just click on that pretty sweet looking concept art of Los Angeles post-judgement day. That was thrown up by McG at the end of his first post, which is entitled ‘The End Begins’. Get it? Because it’s THE FUTURE BEGINS… so McG said The End Begins… just click the pic to check out a bigger shot after the post.
McG actually had some cool things to say regarding the movie:
“Like you guys, I’ve been a long-time fan of the series and I understand your passion for the Terminator movies — and it’s my full intention to deliver a film that lives up to the previous three installments. I’ve spent time with James Cameron, spoken to Arnold Schwarzenegger, gone over the story with Jonah Nolan, and enlisted Stan Winston.”
He goes on to heavily compliment his three male leads (Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, and Anton Yelchin.) and talks about how we’re going to be seeing a whole new world, one fully post-judgement day. He says a bit more too.
That actually all sounds pretty damn cool, McG knows what he’s talking about and seems to know what he’s doing, plus the flick also stars Moon Bloodgood (below)….Wait… there’s something else… Oh yeah, the movie is PG-13…
Nice try. Who knows, maybe this PG 13 TERMINATOR flick may actually turn out pretty cool… hell it worked for LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD.
