Megos & GOW

Now here’s a few collectibles worth checking out! Today I’ve got some news on a few Megos based on the genre classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD!

The MEGOs above, which come from EMCE Toys, depict ‘Ben,’ played by Duane Jones and ‘Graveyard Zombie,’ played by Bill Hinzman. The two figures stand at 8” tall and are fully posable! The figures come packaged in MEGO-style blister with backing card with illustrations by Harold Shull. The Ben figure also comes with a replica Remington rifle from the film! Not too shabby.

Next up is the newest line of GEARS OF WAR figures. There’s no arguing that GEARS OF WAR is a pretty epic franchise based on the X-Box 360 console, and chances are if you’ve played it… your a big fan! I know I am. And I also know I wouldn’t mind owning a few members of Delta Squad. Now you can too!

This new line of figures, coming from NECA, are obviously based on the second GEARS OF WAR game. Above you can find a 2-Pack pitting our hero Marcus Fenix against the Locust Drone! Not to mention we’ve got some badass chainsaw action going on in that package! You can pick this one up RIGHT OVER HERE for just $28!

Also part of this series is a 12” Marcus Fenix with light up-armor! This bad mama-jama comes with a COG pistol, Lancer, and head sculpt based on the GEARS OF WAR 2 Fenix. There’s a switch on Fenix’s back that lights up his armor in blue, like in the game.

Then we’ve got Series 3, which consists of five new 7” figures. You can check out the figures below, which include: Marcus Fenix, an all new COG soldier, two new Locust drones, and a new Theron Palace Guard. All but the Palace Guard can peg an extra weapon on their back. So there you have it! If your a fan of the GEARS OF WAR video games, which you probably are, keep a lookout for these groovy figures!
