Curiosity is high for Kevin Smith’s next cinematic pursuit RED STATE. The first teaser trailer for the film was a long departure from the usual stuff that Smith delivers. It will be interesting to see what he brings to the horror genre.
That said, the newest poster for RED STATE follows the same design as the first two. In this one it’s Melissa Leo (THE FIGHTER) as Sarah clutching her Bible close gazing into the unknown. I really like how the overlaying texture looks like a folded up piece of paper that’s spent too long is someone’s back pocket.
This particular character poster was released on the site, Ma’s Meatloaf thanks to a donation of $1,000 to Eliza Dushku’s THARCE-Gulu cause.
