While you’re waiting for System of a Down’s new album to hit stores (remember kids, piracy is bad), you can check out lead singer Serj Tankian and his collaboration with Buckethead from the MASTERS OF HORROR soundtrack.
The track, ‘We Are One’, uses Serj’s unique singing style coupled with the manic playing of Buckethead, with the resultant song suiting the series down to a bloody ‘T’. The video features Buckethead as a benevolent cabin dweller, intent on bringing animal carcasses back to life. Serj Tankian plays an animal control agent who delivers the carcasses to Buckethead’s remote cabin. The video culminates when the carcasses seek revenge on an unsuspecting Buckethead.
The sountrack’s been out for a while now on Immortal Records, and features metal and hard rock acts such as Mudvayne, Andrew WK, Funeral For A Friend, Mastodon, Alkaline Trio and more!
