Somewhere out there, the Wayans Brothers are laughing their asses off. All they had to do was make one funny ass spoof of scary movies, cleverly title it SCARY MOVIE, and next thing you know three sequels are made with one on the way. And they’re making so much money off of it that it’s ridiculous.
MovieHole learned that the upcoming SCARY MOVIE 5 just scored hottie Sophie Monk in one of the lead villain roles. What’s f*cking crazy to me is that I totally forgot that there was even a SCARY MOVIE 4 — I thought they were skipping a part 4 to make some elaborate joke… had to look it up just to confirm that yes, a SCARY MOVIE 4 does exist.
Monk will be playing Anna Faris’s evil twin sister in the flick, but other than that… not much is known about the fifth… yes, the fifth installment. The one thing Monk has going for her is that… well, the chick’s a f*cking robobabe, so that helps… and she has ‘spoof’ background with last year’s EPIC MOVIE… so if any hottie is to star, it might as well be her.
Not that we need another flipping SCARY movie, but you know the saying… ‘money talks and crappy movies are greenlit if they there’s lots of money to be made,’ and with this damn series, it’s totally true.
