Back in March we got a look at the early synopsis for the upcoming (and unneeded) HOWLING sequel THE HOWLING: REBORN. You guys remember that? Well don’t worry if you don’t… That was three months ago and to be honest… It didn’t sound like much. Maybe the official synopsis will change that?!
On the eve of his high school graduation, unremarkable Will Kidman finally bonds with the girl he has long yearned for, reclusive Eliana Wynter. But he also discovers a dark secret from his past… that he is about to become a werewolf. Now, in an effort to fight destiny and save their love as well as their lives, they must battle not only Will’s growing blood lust but an army of fearsome beasts bent on killing them…and then, us all.
Nope. Sounds like the same flick we heard about three months ago, except this time we’ve got names for the characters. Well that synopsis came from the folks over at Moonstone Entertainment, who’re still waiting to get things rolling on THE HOWLING: REBORN. Last we heard Joe Nimziki was attached to write and direct the feature but that was months ago so there’s no telling if that’s still the way things are going.
I’m going to go ahead and assume the release of this new synopsis means there will be more announcements to come so be sure to keep it here for more on THE HOWLING: REBORN as we hear it!
