More head screens

Earlier, the dudes at Game-Reviews.ca loaded up on more screens from Vicious Cycle’s upcoming action-adventure game, DEAD HEAD FRED, which we touched on way back in May.

Set for release early next year, the game has players taking on the role as detective Fred Neuman, who embarks on a quest for vengeance to solve his own murder by using the decapitated heads of enemies to battle through environments designed to showcase each head’s unique abilities. “Vicious Cycle has a great working relationship with [development team D3P] and we are pleased to be collaborating with them on DEAD HEAD FRED,” said Eric Peterson, president at Vicious Cycle. “D3P has given us the time and freedom to create a game that will introduce compelling gameplay mechanics to the PSP system using the Vicious Engine. The combination of a completely original IP with our cutting-edge technology will deliver a game unlike anything before on the PSP system.” Indeed it would seem that way, as the game’s camera looks to be one of the more revolutionary to date for a handheld when it comes to immersive action.

But enough chit-chat, head (no pun intended) here for the gallery.
