I’ve told you guys before that the updates on Christopher Nolan’s THE DARK KNIGHT RISES were going to be coming fast and hard, so I hope you’re ready for that.
Today’s news is absolutely a rumor for now so take it for what it’s worth. Apparently Badass Digest just got word from a source on the potential plot of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES. Now this could obviously be considered a huge spoiler so READ WITH CAUTION!!
As she herself confirmed, Anne Hathaway will be Catwoman in the movie. I can’t tell you what role she has in the beginning, but by the end of the story Catwoman isn’t a villain but rather an ally of Batman. And who are they teaming up to take out?
The League of Shadows.
Headed by Talia Al’Ghul. With Bane, who is her muscle/possible love interest. And with Joseph Gordon-Levitt in tow. Is he playing Black Mask? My source didn’t know, but did know that Levitt is certainly an antagonist and involved with the League of Shadows.
League of Shadows huh? Well right off the bat I’m not a huge fan of ‘Catwoman’ so this thing is already looking iffy for me. Then again it’s hard for me to imagine Christopher Nolan doing anything remotely bad so I’ve got complete faith in him. What says you guys? You digging this plot? THE DARK KNIGHT RISES’ cast already includes Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Anne Hathaway (below) with plenty more soon to join I’m sure.
