Mortal Kombat: Ed Boon agrees Invincible’s Omni-Man would be a fun kombatant

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

So this is fun! It seems that Ed Boon, ko-kreator of Mortal Kombat, went on Twitter today to agree with a fan that Invincible's Omni-Man would make a great DLC kombatant for MK 11, and even illustrated kool mock-up of the kharacter in the game's style.

You can check out the tweet below:

Now, look, I'd personally prefer more klassic MK fighters when it comes to any new DLC (where's mah Reptile?!), rather than more licensed kharacters, but Omni-Man wouldn't be the worst choice imaginable. Obviously, Boon's response doesn't seem to imply anything official, and most likely won't lead to Omni-Man's actual inclusion into the game, but it's fun to speculate regardless.

But what do you guys think? Fans of Invincible? If so, would you like to see Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat? Either way, sound off below!

Meanwhile, Mortal Kombat 11 is available on consoles and PC right now.
