Looking for a filmmaker to fill up the 26th slot of their upcoming film THE ABCS of DEATH; Drafthouse Films, Magnet Pictures and Timpson Films have announced Lee Hardcastle’s T IS FOR TOILET as the winner of the contest. Take a quick look below and you’ll see why- it’s perhaps the most violent claymation you’ve ever seen, and contains a delightfully dark sense of humor.

“We are delighted that T IS FOR TOILET was as popular with the other directors as it was with the public,” says co-producer Ant Timpson, “and we are thrilled that Hardcastle’s work will be seen alongside modern horror’s greatest filmmakers.” Co-producer Tim League added, “We are extremely happy about the quality of many of the shorts and were impressed with the emerging talent in the genre scene.”

The director’s obviously a great choice for THE ABCS OF DEATH, which will feature 26 different deaths that all correspond to a letter of the alphabet. The list of directors working on the film is stunning, really, and I can’t wait to see what kind of insane film they’re going to make together.
