It's just as well that Deadpool doesn't want the Justice League to receive all of today's glory. While Entertainment Weekly boasts a cover featuring Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman, they also have the first official still from the film that features the Merc with the Mouth packing some serious . . . well, you can see.

Filming for DEADPOOL wrapped last month, but there are still 7 more months of post-production work to be done before it's February release. Undoubtedly, this is one comic book film that has some of the most passionate filmmakers working behind it, and some of the most passionate fans waiting for it. It's a miracle that we're finally getting one (with an R-rating, no less) but I'm hoping that's going to translate well into some box-office dollars before BATMAN V SUPERMAN hits. DEADPOOL deserves it!

DEADPOOL will open in theaters on February 12, 2016.
