Bane wants to know, “ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL?”
These new images have surfaced from the set of THE DARK KNIGHT RISES which show the clearest look at Tom Hardy’s Bane we could possibly hope to get. We had some earlier from a distrance during a fight scene, but now we can pretty much see every nuance of his costume in these shots.
This strikes me as strange. Has anyone else noticed the leaks on TDKR are pouring forth at an incredibly rapid pace? Is Nolan being less secretive than usual, or are the press and fans just that bound and determined to smuggle images and video from the set? I wish some of this stuff had just been left a surprise, and it almost seems like we’re getting TOO much material a year ahead of time.
This is also the second time we’ve seen Bane grab a microphone in as many scenes. Is he going to be a big orator in the film, or is he merely addressing the crowd on set?
