Raimi talks Spidey 4

Sam Raimi was recently out and about and MTV was able to pin him in a corner and get him to talk SPIDER-MAN 4. Now I'm not gonna go overboard and start claiming that everything he says here is Earth-shattering, but there are some morsels of information. Raimi continues to say he hasn't made up his mind on whether he'd want to return for SPIDER-MAN 4 but that he hopes Sony would at least offer it to him first before going with another director. He says that even if he doesn't direct, he'd still like to stay on to produce if they'll have him. As far as villains, Raimi has been thinking of ideas and says he might skip a single villain and go with a superpowered group. "I would love to see Electro, Vulture, maybe the Sinister Six as a team," says Raimi. This would mean Alfred Molina and Thomas Haden Church would have to be convinced to return as Doc Ock and Sandman respectively but you'd have to admit it'd be cool to see the Sinister Six (Ock, Sandman, Electro, Vulture, Kraven and Mysterio) in action. Raimi also says he'd love to see some payoff with Dr. Curt Conners who Dylan Baker has been playing since SPIDER-MAN saying "I really like the character he is developing...The Lizard is probably one of my favorite characters." Extra Tidbit: Dr. Doom and Green Goblin both turned down requests to join the Sinister Six.
