Unless you are a heathen or Hugh Jackman, odds are you love Ryan Reynolds as much as we do. Simply put, the guy is a class act and can always be found having fun with a variety of projects as well as his fans. With rumors being bandied about that the one time GREEN LANTERN star may appear as Hal Jordan in ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE, the time has come for Reynolds to brighten our day (and darkest nights) with his own exclusive cut of his notorious comic book bomb.

Early Tuesday morning, Reynolds took to social media to unleash a new and "judicious" cut of GREEN LANTERN. The new version kicks off with Reynolds reviewing the script for the film, before being shot in the back of the head by Deadpool. Obviously, this gag was lifted from a post-credits scene for DEADPOOL 2, though it also serves as the perfect beginning to this new and glorious cut of GREEN LANTERN.

Not long after Reynolds' beautiful brain is nothing more than a chunky-style red mist atop a script that's better served as toilet paper during the early days of a pandemic, fans are treated to the version of GREEN LANTERN they so rightfully deserve.

Behold!

How and if Reynolds will appear as Hal Jordan in Zack Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE is anyone's guess, though it sure would be fun to watch the will-powered superhero mix it up with the likes of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and all the rest. I suppose that all will be revealed in time, as Snyder's cut is due to arrive on HBO Max in 2021. I hope your bodies are ready, Snyderphiles.
