Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg have been developing a television series for AMC based on Garth Ennis' Preacher comics for a couple of months now, and Goldberg recently tweeted the duo have started work on the script for the planned show. Humper-dumper-dido!

While I'm clearly excited Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg have started writing the script for the show, I'm also very pleased Garth Ennis is helping out a bit with the Preacher series. I'm always happy when an author (regardless of the source material) is involved with an adaptation of their work, and I'm very curious to see Ennis' notes to Rogen and Goldberg about the series.
Although it's going to be some time before the project actually begins filming (and even longer before it hits AMC), it's never too soon to talk about casting for the series, right? Which actors do you think would be a good fit for Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's Preacher?
