Stallone takes aim with a familiar weapon in new Rambo V image

If he so pleased, John Rambo could dispense justice out on hundreds of men with nothing but his bare hands. But that’s a bit messy. So, in his justice-dispensing, he utilizes many weapons, whether they be massive machine guns or almost equally massive knives, and in a new Instagram pic star Sylvester Stallone is showing off one of his more elegant tools of destruction, hinting the bad guys are in for one painful day.

Stallone hasn’t been shy about going on social media to tease the new movie RAMBO V: LAST BLOOD, teasing everything from the start of filming, showing off his knives, and announcing the final day of shooting. Now his most recent photo shows him in silhouette mode brandishing a deadly bow and arrow – which he has used to deadly effect before as recently as the last movie in 2008. Glad he still knows how to use it.

This time around Rambo will be ditching the jungle and heading to into rancher territory to take on the drug cartels who have taken his friend's daughter. Much like with his announcement recently regarding Rocky Balboa, Stallone posted a video hinting this would be his last outing as John Rambo. The title of “LAST BLOOD” does give that away a bit, but still, unless it comes from the star’s mouth it’s never easy to tell if they’re ready to hang up their capes anymore, or in this case deadly weaponry.
