No, there’s not going to be a sequel to BAD TEACHER. Well, not that I know of anyway. All I do know is that the team from that movie, writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg with director Jake Kasdan are teaming up for an untitled comedy.
The plot of the untitled movie is set up like this: “After a Supercuts manager advises his best friend to break off his engagement, he unexpectedly falls in love with the jilted fiancee, testing both his new romance and his friendship.”
Those are all the details on that.
Deadline also mentions that Stupnitsky and Eisenberg last worked on GHOSTBUSTERS 3. They mention that the film will not move forward unless Bill Murray signs on. No one knows if he’s read the script or not. I’m actually kind of tired hearing about it.
