Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Wonder Woman 1984, Canada, On Demand, Gal Gadot, Patty Jenkins, superhero, ChristmasWarner Bros. wasted little time in announcing that we will be getting a third Wonder Woman movie. The sequel, Wonder Woman 1984, just released this past Christmas Day and has already made $85 million worldwide with a $16.7 domestic debut. Apparently, WW3 is being fast-tracked with both star, Gal Gadot, and director, Patty Jenkins, returning.

As fans around the world continue to embrace Diana Prince, driving the strong opening weekend performance of Wonder Woman 1984, we are excited to be able to continue her story with our real life Wonder Women – Gal and Patty – who will return to conclude the long-planned theatrical trilogy,” said Toby Emmerich, Chairman, Warner Bros. Pictures Group.

I've yet to see WW84 and have been hearing it's kind of a mixed bag. I wonder if that's why they wasted no time in announcing part 3? To sort of keep the Wonder Woman news pumping along? What do you guys think? Do you want a Wonder Woman 3 and if so, in what direction would you like to see it go? Fire them comments below!
