NECA has officially cleaned house so far at Toy Fair 2006 in New York. The first big news reported by Figures.com was over the weekend, when NECA fully unveiled the 3rd and 4th series of their Cult Classics line of figures. For those who missed what’s included, Series 3 has DIE HARD’S John McLane, BUBBA HO-TEP‘s Bubba Ho-Tep, TERMINATOR 2‘s T-800 Endoskeleton and DAWN OF THE DEAD‘s Flyboy. Series 4 (so far) has DAWN OF THE DEAD’s Plaid Zombie, SHAUN OF THE DEAD‘s Shaun, SEED OF CHUCKY two-pack, CHILD’S PLAY-version Chucky and BUBBA HO-TEP’s Sebastian Haff.
Now, even though neither of those series are out in stores, NECA announced what’s in the fifth line already! Damn, these guys aren’t wasting any time. Plus, they already have pictures of some of the fifth series figures, which includes (hold your applause): Medieval Ash from ARMY OF DARKNESS, Jigsaw and Puppet on Tricycle from SAW, a boxed set of both Connor McCloud and the Kurgan from HIGHLANDER and Hannibal Lecter from SILENCE OF THE LAMBS.
