New character posters of Yukio and Viper for The Wolverine; new trailer debuts tomorrow

Arguably the underdog comic book movie of the summer next to RED 2, James Mangold's THE WOLVERINE has debuted two new character posters for the film, featuring Yukio and Viper, as rendered in the graphite/watercolor fashion we've seen from the marketing department thus far. It's a pretty cool design choice to do the character posters this way, however I would like to see what the final poster holds in store.

Take a look:

In addition to these new posters comes the news that a new trailer will premiere tomorrow morning at 6 AM (PST), which will likely be the final "narrative" trailer for the film. So far, I'm impressed but not blown away by what I've seen. It's a foregone conclusion that I'll be seeing the film, which is likely the same for most fans, but I'm really hoping that this one turns it all around for ol' Logan. Like Robert Downey Jr. as IRON MAN, however, Hugh Jackman is more than enough to get my ass in the theater. It'd be nice if the movie did his presence justice, though.

THE WOLVERINE, starring Hugh Jackman, Rila Fukishima, Svetlana Khodchenkova, Will Hun Lee, Tao Okamoto, and Famke Janssen slices into theaters on July 26, 2013.
