We’re less than a month away from the highly-anticipated horror movie, which sees the return of both Michael Myers (Nick Castle) and Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) 40 years after the events of the original movie. So far, the movie has garnered some great reviews, including from our own Chris Bumbray, who included it on his list of the 10 best movies he saw at TIFF. This trailer doesn’t add much more detail, but surely it will get you more pumped for October 19 – if you aren’t already at maximum pumped levels.

Here is the official synopsis for the movie:

Jamie Lee Curtis returns to her iconic role as Laurie Strode, who comes to her final confrontation with Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
