A new international trailer for JUPITER ASCENDING has landed online, featuring some previously unseen footage. I will say the Wachowski siblings' "sci-fi fairy tale" looks interesting, however I really don't know what to make of their latest project. There also doesn't seem to be a lot of buzz for JUPITER ASCENDING, which isn't good for a summer movie with a $150 million budget.

From the streets of Chicago to the far-flung galaxies whirling through space, “Jupiter Ascending” tells the story of Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis), who was born under a night sky, with signs predicting she was destined for great things. Now grown, Jupiter dreams of the stars but wakes up to the cold reality of a job cleaning other people’s houses and an endless run of bad breaks. While I don't want JUPITER ASCENDING to fail and I'm not one of those who always bash the Wachowskis, I'm just not sold on JUPITER ASCENDING, and I think that's the case for a lot of people. Maybe I'm wrong and their new film will do fine at the box office and will be a solid movie, but right now I'm a little worried about JUPITER ASCENDING.
JUPITER ASCENDING will be in theaters on July 18th, 2014.
