December isn’t as crowded a month for movies this year with STAR WARS set to cause a storm at the box office, but that still isn’t stopping JUMANJI: WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE from trying to steal some of that thunder. One way it will lure audiences away from lightsabers and force pushes is with its ensemble cast, including Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black and Karen Gillan, all of whom are the subject of a slew of new posters for the movie. They all seem ready for adventure – except for Hart – who was crushed to death shortly after the photo for this poster was taken.
Acting as a sequel to the first film with Robin Williams, the new JUMANJI transports four teens into the jungle world via a video game, wherein they become the avatars they selected. The movie also stars Rhys Darby (FLIGHT OF THE CONCORDS, HUNT FOR THE WILDERPEOPLE) and Nick Jonas (GOAT), but they don’t get their own posters.
