I don’t know what else there is to say about PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. Today the flick hits an extra 800 theaters and next weeked it’ll reach 1,200. To be completely honest I can’t believe this movie has gotten as big as it is. Don’t get me wrong… from what I hear it deserves every bit of praise it’s getting and I’m actually extremely happy for Oren Peli and company. Imagine making a small horror flick in your own home for 10 grand then watching as it slowly blows up across the country. Must be mindblowing. And just in case you’re thinking all the hype is a bit much and wondering if this thing is actually as scary as it’s supposed to be… check out a couple texts my buddy sent me earlier:
“HOLY FUCK! Paranormalactivity scary as fuckkkkkkkkk. …. Dude people screaming like crazy. …. Dude fucking see it I don’t get scared easily by movies and this shit is fuckked.”
