New trailer for Rammbock: Belin Undead is here, as well as theatrical listings

A few weeks ago the news came in that horror website Bloody Disgusting, AMC and The Collective were teaming up to distribute a select number of new indie and/or foreign horror films here in the US via AMC theaters. A pretty solid venture, and one beneficial for people who aren’t content to peep their obscure horror flicks on Video OnDemand alone.

The first film offered up is RAMMBOCK: BERLIN UNDEAD and the new trailer for the flick (we’ve seen an older one in the past), directed by Marvin Kren and written by Benjamin Hessle, has arrived, as well as a listing of all the theaters that will be showing the German zombie bash. It will be playing every Wednesday and Friday in AMC theaters across the country throughout May.

Just when Michael arrives in Berlin to visit his ex-girlfriend Gabi, a terrible virus starts spreading across the city at a rapid pace, turning people into mindless homicidal maniacs. Much to Michael’s concern, Gabi’s not home; instead, he meets Harper, a teenage plumber’s apprentice at work in her apartment block. Together, they manage to barricade themselves when raging hordes of infected people swarm the building. Surrounded by these thirsty zombies, Michael and Harper have their hands full to survive – and it will take all of their ingenuity to make their way out to try and find Gabi.
