It seems we’ve had a countless number of announcements concerning lame graphic novels being adapted for the big screen… well today makes up for all of that! According to Variety there’s a flick heading our way based on what appears to be a pretty badass comic: NIGHTFALL. Sound familiar? Well let me educate you.
Platinum Studios are teaming with Aurora Productions to bring it’s graphic novel to life. NIGHTFALL is about a man who finds out just how bad life can get when he discovers that the prison he just entered is controlled by vampires. I’m completely sold already! Just from that covershot above I’m going to go ahead and assume this one has the potential to be pretty twisted. Loving it! Anyone out there have the chance to check out NIGHTFALL? The graphic novel came out just a couple years ago in 2007 from writer Scott O. Brown and illustrater Ferran Xalabarder. Unfortunately that’s all we’ve got on NIGHTFALL but we’ll definiely be keeping an eye on this one!
