Chuck Palahniuk is a pretty brilliant man. Of course that’s my opinion, but I’m sticking by it! If no other reason, the man is one behind the novel FIGHT CLUB. That alone should rank him pretty high on anyone’s list. He’s also behind the movie-adapted books CHOKE and the upcoming LULLABY… both of which seem deliciously twisted.
But today’s news isn’t that another of Mr. Palahniuk’s books will be hitting the screen.. it actually has nothing to do with the screen at all. On the contrary, MTV recently caught up with the writer where he dropped the news that he’s been approached to pen a comic miniseries. Now that’s not the best news, here’s what Palahniuk (above) said:
“I would love to do the kind of ghost monster comics I grew up with, like those ‘Tales from the Crypt’ comics I just loved as a kid.”
