Paramount Pictures likes being in the Christopher Landon business. The writer, who has written every PARANORMAL ACTIVITY entry aside from the first film and recently directed the Latin-themed spinoff PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: THE MARKED ONES, has been chosen by the studio to helm BOY SCOUTS VS. ZOMBIES. Etan Cohen was attached to the project last summer, but looks like Landon is the man now.

While we don’t know much about the storyline, lets face it: the title says it all. One synopsis out there reads simply:

A group of boy scouts take on a pack of zombies who attack a group of girl scouts.

Obviously, this one will be more ZOMBIELAND than “The Walking Dead.”

The script was written by Carrie Evans and Emi Mochizuki and made the 2010 Black List of Hollywood’s most-liked screenplays.
