PG: Psycho Goreman retro-style action figures coming from Plastic Meatball

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Genre fans will be getting a new cult classic to enjoy when writer/director Steven Kostanski's PG: Psycho Goreman is released this weekend (you'll be able to watch it HERE), and the folks from Plastic Meatball have informed our friends at Bloody-Disgusting that they have "signed on to develop a full line of retro-style merchandise" for the film. Psycho Goreman is a bit of an '80s throwback itself, so it's the perfect movie to have retro-style merchandise tie-ins.

Plastic Meatball is partnering with Crazy Ball, Inc. in this endeavor, and said their Psycho Goreman collection will range from "action figures and apparel to premiums and housewares". The collection won't launch until sometime in the spring – but the company has unveiled the first look at the Psycho Goreman action figure, as well as a Pandora action figure. Pandora is a Prime Templar Crusader from the Gigax Council. The action figures can be seen below.

Psycho Goreman follows

two kids, Mimi and Luke, who discover the tomb of a sleeping alien warlord whose only goal is to destroy the entire universe. The children find the magical gemstone allowing them to control the creature and embark on a crazy adventure full of cosmic action and comedy.

Nita-Josee Hanna, Owen Myre, Alexis Kara Hancey, and Adam Brooks star, with Kristen MacCulloch as Pandora and Matthew Ninaber as Psycho Goreman.

PG: Psycho Goreman is getting a theatrical, VOD, and digital release on January 22. You can read my 8/10 review HERE.
