I’ve got a small piece of news today about a new horror project courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter. Zone Film are set to bring us a new horror flick called PIECEMEAL. Not a strong title, but stay with me.

PIECEMEAL is described as a a slice of horror about a teen who struggles to control his rage while living the life of a brutally abused young man in recurring nightmares. That actually doesn’t sound half bad. Has the potential for some twisted fun in there. My interest lies solely on who they get to star in this bad boy. Someone like Robert Pattinson? I’ll pass. Score a Ryan Gosling and I’m down.

Canadian filmmaker Daniel Roby is set to produce for Zone with TCB Films’ Simon Trottier. Roby (above) will also be directing the script from Jeff Welch. PIECEMEAL is set to start production next fall. That’s all we’ve got thus far, so keep it here for any updates on PIECEMEAL as we hear them.
