Traditionally the best horror films have been rated R to provide fans with the appropriate blood, guts and chills required to give a proper scare, but every so often one comes along that the MPAA doesn’t think warrants such a harsh rating yet still gives that blood curdling, spine tingling spook fest you would want from a horror movie of any rating.
