From one zombie movie to another, I’m here to bring you news on the lesser known PARIS BY NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.
The title alone has me confused. PARIS BY NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD? That’s either awesome or idiotic. From the looks of it… I’m going with awesome. The new poster for the flick today was dropped over at the film’s official MySpace. I’ve also thrown up PARIS BY NIGHT’s promo reel below. PARIS BY NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD is a french horror/action flick that comes from director Gregory Morin. Apparently it’s even got some martial arts thrown in… and did I mention it’s got zombies in it? Because it does. Lots of them. It’s also got some cheesy but awesome gore, some of which aren’t entirely done effects wise yet. I mean reloading an Uzi while it’s shoved into a zombie’s eyesocket then pressing the trigger is so ridiculously brilliant.
PARIS comes from Bach Films and stars Karina Testa (below), David Saracino, and Dominique Bettenfeld. The basic premise follows two obviously badass rebels who try and fight through an army of the undead as they escape Paris. Go ahead and enjoy the one sheet and equally awesome promo reel.
