When you think about the country of Turkey what comes to mind? That damn bird? Of course. But I bet our beloved genre doesn’t even come close right? Turkey … Horror flicks? Yeah ok. That’s almost as confusing as the United States making horror flicks… Oh wait..
Anyway I’m here to tell you all about a Turkish horror flick heading our way called SES (VOICE) that looks like it might have some potential. Want to judge for yourself? Of course you do! And I’ve got stills, posters and a trailer to help you decide! All of which can be found above and below! We’ve got four stills from the film above and below, nothing too exciting but we’ll roll with it. You can head on over to the flick’s official website for more or head over to it’s jam-packed Facebook page.
Stills, check. Next up we’ve got a pair of awesome posters for SES! Well at least I’m really digging them! What says you guys? Both posters can be seen below and offer some creepy shite. And lastly we’ve got an international trailer for the film below, which can also be found over in our videos section. Now by international I of course mean the film isn’t in English but I’m sure you can get a decent idea of what to expect from SES after checking out the trailer. So go ahead and enjoy all the goods now! Then be sure to hit us with your opinions of SES below. Think this thing might actually be worth looking out for?
Derya works in a bank’s call centers to support her elderly mother One day her life is suddenly turned upside down as she begins to hear a strange voice whispering to her. The source of the voice is a mystery and it tells her things and facts noone else would know. Word gets out, and many in the community start to believe she is receiving messages from the divine. But soon the voice starts to become louder and louder, its tone becomes more and more threatening and Derya’s life starts spirally into a nightmare.
SES (VOICE) stars Selma Ergeç and Mehmet Gunsur. It comes from director Ümit Ünal and hits Turkey on March 5th but unfortunately no other release dates are known. As always though as soon as we hear something we’ll be sure to pass it along to all of you!
