Predators (2010) Revisited – Sci-Fi Horror Movie Review

Prey (take a look at our review HERE), the latest addition to the Predator franchise, is now available to watch on the Hulu streaming service, and to mark the occasion we decided to take a look back at a Predator movie that we feel deserves more love. And no, we’re not talking about Predator 2 today. We already talked about why that one is cool. The movie we’re hyping up with a new episode of the Black Sheep video series today is the 2010 film Predators (watch it HERE). To find out why we think Predators deserves more fans, check out the video embedded above!

Directed by Nimród Antal from a screenplay by Alex Litvak and Michael Finch (which was inspired by a script that producer Robert Rodriguez wrote fifteen years earlier), Predators has the following synopsis;

Brought together on a mysterious planet, a mercenary and a group of coldblooded killers now become the prey. A new breed of aliens pursues the ragtag humans through dense jungle. The group must work together to survive, or become the latest trophies of the fearsome intergalactic hunters.

The film stars Adrien Brody, Topher Grace, Alice Braga, Walton Goggins, Laurence Fishburne, Oleg Taktarov, Louis Ozawa Changchien, Mahershala Ali, and Danny Trejo. Derek Mears, Carey Jones, and Brian Steele played the alien Predators.

The Black Sheep series features

different takes on horror films that the masses or/and critics didn’t care for but that we found merit in. We defend horror movies that deserve more love!
