Moving faster than a locomotive, Robert Rodriguez’s Troublemaker Studios is moving right along with the PREDATOR reboot PREDATORS, as B-D is reporting that a writer has been found!
Alex Litvak, whose only other writing gig is a flick still in development called MEDIEVAL, is being tapped to write the new PREDATORS, which will follow a group of commandos as they battle a group of Predators, presumably in the jungle but maybe somewhere else completely.
While I can’t say I’m 100% down with this flick, the fact that Rodriguez was on board made me feel a little better. Except today I learned he won’t be directing, just producing. I guess that’s better than nothing at all, but now I still have reservations about the flick. Big reservations. There’s already been too much damage to the series… just let it die, man! Enough is enough!
