
The Indie Japanese horror film (shot by
Jason Cuadrado in LA using local Japanese actors),
TALES OF THE DEAD (read our glowing review here)
will finally be having its world premiere at HBO’s
2008 New York International Latino Film Festival
(it should be said that it’s the first horror film to ever play
at the 9 years old festival ).

Here’s what it’s about:
Tales From The Dead is a Japanese-language anthology of four creepy ghost
stories dealing with revenge and loss from beyond the grave. The film is
subtitled in English. The screening is on Friday, July

Writer/Director Jason Cuadrado will also be part of a panel that
