What's scarier than encountering Bigfoot? How about taking on an army of them? That's exactly what we can expect in May when Origin Releasing unleashes Brain T. Jayne's BIGFOOT WARS on us, and today we have the new poster for the C. Thomas Howell and Judd Nelson-starring flick to share with ya.
Back in June of last year we learned that Origin Releasing had scooped up the rights to author Eric S. Brown's sasquatch-based series titled "Bigfoot War" with Edgen Films and D Zone producing. We later learned that THE HITCHER star C. Thomas Howell and THE BREAKFAST CLUB's Judd Nelson had joined the cast alongside THE PRODIGY's Holt Boggs.
I'm a sucker for Bigfoot-themed flicks so BIGFOOT WARS sounds like it could be right up my alley. Check out the synopsis and poster for the flick below.
BIGFOOT WARS focuses on a small-town sheriff (Boggs) who with the help of a “Dixieland Mafioso” family patriarch (Howell) sets out to hunt a creature that is widely believed to be a myth. They soon find themselves battling for survival as they discover they aren’t dealing with just one beast, but are at war with many.
The film also stars Danny Boaz, Juli Erickson, Frederic Doss, Elyse Bigler, Taylor Weaver, Jackey Hall, Mindy Raymond, Carl Savering, Billy Blair, Larry Jack Dotson as well as Monica Harmse, Chandler Allen and Audrey Ellis Fox. Brian Jaynes directs from a script by Andrea Doss, Frederic Doss, and Jacob Mauldin.
Hopefully we'll be seeing a trailer for this one soon. Look for it to hit on May 23rd.
