For some, this may just be another January, another month starting off another year. For others, this is the month where RAMBO explodes onto the big screen once again, kicking ass and wreaking havoc old-school style. Yes, I would even go as far as saying that this January is one of the cooler January’s we’ve come across in a very long time.
To keep you pumped, composer Brian Tyler posted the brand new musical score for RAMBO on his MySpace page, which you can listen to and enjoy by clicking HERE.
While I’m bummed Jerry Goldsmith is no long with us (and thus won’t be back to compose the new score), Tyler does a great job keeping the original FIRST BLOOD score – a majestically composed RAMBO tribute score, if you will. Least to say, it sounds awesome and it puts a smile on my face to know that the score we all know and love will be blaring in the background when Rambo picks up his machete and f*cks some fools up!
