Red-band trailer for Sanitarium, starring Malcolm McDowell and Robert Englund, has arrived

Ah yes, we love our anthologies around here, and this one looks like a doozy. Malcolm McDowell, Robert Englund, Lacey Chabert, Lou Diamond Phillips and John Glover star in the flick, and today a red-band trailer has broken free, and we have it for you below.

SANITARIUM consists of three tales based on particular patients of a mental institution. Each tale begins with Dr. Stenson, the primary physician at the Sanitarium, commenting on the recent arrival of a new patient. As Dr. Stenson speaks, the individual’s story begins. With elements from “Creepshow,” “The Twilight Zone,” “Alfred Hitchcock Presents,” and “Tales from the Crypt,” “Sanitarium” explores the different narratives of the insane patients – tales which led to their crazed states of minds.
