Repo trailer!

We just scored the trailer for REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA, which shows some gore, some lap dances, and yes… some song & dance!

Operas and musicals sound about as much fun to me as sitting in the dentist chair and getting a root canal, but there’s something dark about REPO! that makes it feel just a tad cooler than your regular musical fare.

Starring Anthony Head, Alexa Vega, Paris Hilton, and Paul Sorvino (above), and directed by Darren Lynn Bousman, REPO! goes a little something like this: In the not-so-distant future when an epidemic of organ failures devastates the planet, scientists gear for a massive organ harvest. A biotech giant comes up with easy organ payment plans, but all financed organs are subject to legal default, including repossession at the hands of repo men.

They seemed to left out the part about the future being super-goth, and that everybody sings and dances. Minor details, I know, but those details could make or break it for some people. Have fun with the trailer below, and get ready for REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA in theaters everywhere later this year.
